Built by Someone Who Has Seen Both Sides.
Independent workplace support and career guidance founded on real-world experience.
ABOUT TRUSTFORCE
TrustForce was built from a belief that people deserve better support when navigating the realities of modern workplaces.
Too often, individuals are left feeling isolated, unheard, or uncertain about how to protect themselves, progress their careers or confidently navigate difficult environments. Many people facing workplace challenges feel unsure who they can speak to openly, or uncertain whether internal processes are truly on their side.
We created TrustForce to be different. A trusted space that combines strategic guidance, practical support, and genuine human understanding. A business that stands beside people, not above them.
As TrustForce evolves, that support extends beyond workplace challenges alone. Through our Guide and Guard approach, we also provide ongoing career navigation, coaching and professional guidance to help individuals build confidence, make informed decisions, and move forward with clarity at every stage of their career.
Meet the Founder
Sharen Brooks Founder, TrustForce
Sharen Brooks is an experienced global people leader with more than 20 years working across the UK, EMEA and APAC markets within complex international organisations.
Throughout her career, Sharen has worked closely with senior leadership teams during periods of organisational transformation, restructuring, cultural change, operational pressure and geopolitical disruption. She has supported organisations and individuals through complex workplace investigations, restructures and workforce transitions, leadership conflict and stakeholder management, redundancy and high-risk change programmes, and sensitive people issues impacting wellbeing and performance.
Working at senior levels inside international organisations gave Sharen a deep understanding of how workplace decisions are made, how organisational dynamics can influence outcomes, and how difficult it can feel for individuals trying to navigate those situations alone.
Over the years she has seen first-hand the impact workplace situations can have on confidence, wellbeing, financial security and family life. TrustForce was created to provide people with experienced, independent support during those moments.
Sharen ensures that TrustForces approach is always calm, practical and straightforward
Decades of Experience. One Purpose.
TrustForce was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves someone in their corner when work becomes difficult.
For more than 25 years we’ve worked at the highest levels of HR and Employee Relations, supporting organisations and employees through some of the most complex workplace situations imaginable. That experience now sits firmly on the side of the individual.
We’ve been inside the meeting rooms where decisions are made. We understand how employers investigate concerns, assess risk, negotiate settlements and prepare for legal proceedings. More importantly, we understand how individuals can confidently navigate those processes and protect their position.
That’s the difference TrustForce brings.
How That Experience Benefits You
Experience only matters if it delivers better outcomes.
Because we understand how organisations operate, we help our clients:
· Understand what is likely to happen next.
· Avoid common mistakes that can weaken their position.
· Prepare evidence that carries weight.
· Ask the right questions at the right time.
· Challenge unfair processes confidently.
· Negotiate from a position of knowledge.
· Make informed decisions rather than emotional ones.
· Protect both their career and their wellbeing.
Every recommendation is tailored to your circumstances. We don’t rely on templates or generic advice.
